Failed Creating Your Video:
It appears as though your video failed to process successfully.
Your video has components to it that our processor is having problems completing it.
This is not your fault. It is ours.
Our system has recorded this process failure, and an engineer will begin finding out what component caused the error.
Just so that you are aware, it is a painstaking trial and error task to find.
To give you an example of what some of them have been
- An apostrophe was used in the affirmations or title or description of the movie (since fixed)
- Music that some of which was in our library we offered you. (Those categories and songs have been removed from the library, but you still need to change the songs on your movie. If you have uploaded your own music try using one from our library and see if you can render it.)
- A foreign keyboard was used and "non-standard" characters were used (still being fixed)
As you can see it can be the smallest detail in the images, music or affirmations causing the problem.
The steps we take are as follows.
- First, we create a one image (from our library) movie and render it just to make sure you your account has not problems.
- Once we confirm your account can create videos, start a new video file, and add a handful of images, text, or music in at a time, the same as you have on your timeline, and save and process each time. When we notice an error after watching and downloading we have narrowed it down to one of those elements most recently added. We then go back and add that handful one at a time.
This is our job, and we will definitely get to it, but as you can imagine it takes some time. So I ask you to be patient with us as we get to the bottom of it. Once we find it, we solve the problem permanently and for everybody, but it is a challenge to find.

Otherwise, Our system has logged the error and we will contact you as soon as the solution exists.
